Ans: It is one type of L/C which is opened for purchasing fabric and accessories against main L/C.

19. What is Lead time for a order in Garments Business ?

Ans: Time start from L/C opening or order receiving to garments delivery is called lead time.

         Lead Time : 45 to 60 days, If local materials are used for manufacturing garments.
Lead Time: 90 to 120 days, if imported materials are used for manufacturing garments.

20. What is stock Lot ?

Ans: When goods are made for buyer but not possible to send the goods to Buyer due to failure of                        commitment with Buyer as a result goods stay in store. This goods are called stock lot.
